All prices displayed on the V-GROO website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes. Shipping or delivery charges, if any, will be clearly itemized in your cart and order summary prior to final order confirmation.

We offer multiple payment options, which may include:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible serviceable locations and order thresholds.
• Electronic online payments via verified third-party payment gateways, including UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and authorized Wallets.

Electronic payment processing is managed by third-party payment service providers. V-GROO does not collect, process, or store your sensitive payment card details or net banking passwords. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to raw agricultural produce market dynamics.

05.Orders & Order Confirmation

When you place an order on V-GROO, you will receive an automated on-screen acknowledgement and an email notification summarizing your order details. This notification confirms receipt of your order request and does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

V-GROO reserves the right to decline, hold, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Unavailability of fresh batch stock or agricultural ingredient constraints.
• Errors in product pricing, volume description, or promotional discounts.
• Unserviceable delivery pin codes or logistics provider delivery limitations.
• Suspected fraudulent, duplicate, or unauthorized transaction activity.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been completed, the charged amount will be refunded to the original payment source in accordance with standard payment gateway processing cycles.

06.Shipping & Delivery

We partner with reputable courier and logistics services to deliver our products to supported pin codes across India.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination location, regional courier schedules, weather conditions, local holidays, and operational logistics. Estimated transit times provided at checkout or via tracking links are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival deadlines.

Customer Delivery Responsibility: You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete postal address with an active mobile phone number. V-GROO cannot be held responsible for delayed, failed, or returned shipments arising from incorrect address details, unattended premises, or unreachable contact numbers.

07.Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the perishable, hygiene-sensitive, and edible nature of natural food products and traditional oils, opened or used bottles cannot be accepted for general return or exchange.

However, we stand behind the integrity of our packaging and delivery. You are entitled to a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Leaking Upon Arrival: If your shipment arrives with broken seals, visible container damage, or significant leakage occurring during transit.
• Incorrect Item Delivered: If you receive a product or variant different from what is specified on your confirmed order.

How to Report an Issue: To request a replacement or refund, please contact our customer care team at vannamagroprocessing@gmail.com promptly upon delivery with your Order ID and clear photographic evidence showing the outer box, shipping label, and damaged product. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement dispatch or issue a refund to your original payment method.

08.Product Availability & Seasonality

Because V-GROO adheres strictly to authentic Mara Chekku cold-pressing and direct farmer procurement without synthetic accelerants, our production volume depends directly on seasonal harvests of groundnuts, coconuts, and sesame seeds in Tamil Nadu and neighboring agricultural belts.

Specific pack sizes or varieties may occasionally experience temporary stock limitations while we wait for fresh harvest cycles. We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities per customer or order where appropriate.

09.Account Responsibilities

When creating an account on V-GROO, you agree to provide true, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach involving your account, you must notify us immediately at vannamagroprocessing@gmail.com. V-GROO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

10.Intellectual Property
